Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged for until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Delivery anywhere within the UK is usually charged at £2.00 per order (Royal Mail First Class Delivery).

Delivery to America and Europe is also available and is charged at the following rates (Royal Mail International Signed For):

America: 1-3 items = £6.50, 4 or more items = £8.00
Europe: 1-3 items = £5.50, 4 or more items = £6.00

Delivery to Australia is also available and is charged at the following rates (Royal Mail International Signed For):

1-3 items = £7.50, 4 or more items = £9.50

Delivery Schedule We aim to process all orders within 3 working days. Subject to availability, orders will be despatched and delivered within a further 3-5 working days. If a product is out of stock, we will email you with an expected delivery date or option to purchase an alternative item that is in stock.

You have the right to cancel your order at any point up until 7 working days after you have received your order. Please email us at vivienne@uptownundies.co.uk with your order number and state that you wish to cancel the order. You are required to return the goods to us at your own cost. Should your request to cancel your order reach us after 7 working days, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or offered a suitable alternative product or colour to the chosen item.

Tax Charges All products available in our catalogue are shown inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text or on any web site.
